It's our dress rehearsal this Saturday at Castle Manor Business and Enterprise College Eastern Avenue. I would like Rosebuds and Daisies from 9 - 10.15am. The street dance class 10-11.30am. The rest of the school from 10 - 10.15am to 1.30pm. Apart from the street dance who already know what to bring, the other classes bring your full dance uniforms, if your child is in Bugsy, black trousers and a white school shirt. Little while ducks need a white T-shirt and white tights. A drink and small snack is wise. Especially those staying most of the morning. Please ensure everthing is named as things do go missing. With a name it's more likely to be returned.
Dressing room help. We desperately need more helpers in the dressing rooms. Please ring me to let me know asap. You will be needed to stay in class this week and next.
DVD orders for parents, please return these with your payments as soon as possible.
Show nights. Children are required to attend both performances. They will need to be with us an hour before the show, no later Saturday 5-5.30pm Sunday 1-1.30pm. With hair in a tight, high bun, no scrunches around, use a hair net and grips to keep it in place. no fringe, grip it back or use hair spray or gel to keep it back. Full lidded blue eyeshadow, black mascara if they are able to wear this, with eye liner, a little blusher on the cheek bones, and we will put red lipstick on before the show and possibly glitter. Do not pack sweets or chocolates for your child. A drink of water is fine. In the break we will give them a biscuit. They stay in the changing room until the very end when they will be released to you.
